2. Refunds

• ✔ Refund requests can only be initiated post-delivery.
• ✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days and credited to the original payment method.
• ✔ Refund approval or rejection will be determined following a thorough inspection.
• ✔ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• ✔ Customers opting for Cash on Delivery (COD) will incur an additional AED 10 fee.
